When we invested in Brian and Brandee's dream of opening a winery in Seattle (not Woodinville, which seemed odd at the time) little did we know how much of this was really the start of a social phenomenon. A blog post alone cannot convey how amazing this place is at night; they have created a place that is both hip and welcoming to all, which is hard to do. I'm constantly amazed at the cross-section of Seattle life that comes through the doors to share a glass of Cab Franc with friends, so I wanted to just share a little of what people are saying on Yelp about us - 50 reviews in and we still are holding a 5-star rating!

Happy news from the Washington Wine Blog on Structures 2016 wines - the 2017 reviews should be coming out shortly, but the bad news is the Structure fan club has already wiped out several of our releases and the November releases are disappearing fast...

Melody and I are so joyfully excited at the launch of House of ‘Pagne, a new urban champagne bar located in Sodo Wine Works.

The story of House of ‘Pagne comes from the passion for bubbles shared between Brandee Slosar, half of the Structure Wines team with her husband Brian, and Carolyn Holt who has a deep knowledge of champagne from the Northwest and the world. Both of them saw the opportunity for an urban champagne bar in a space that is both hip and chill.

Featuring flights of champs, glass pours and bottle sales from champagnes around the world with light snacks, House of ‘Pagne is a great place to meet up with friends for a glass of happy! We are super proud to see this launch and can’t wait to see you there!
